OUR FRIENDS
For the past few years, we have been partnering with our friends at Origen church in Guadalajara, Mexico. Willie Verduzco and his wife Sofie lead the team at Origen. We have been so greatful to grow in friendship together as churches and believe God is stirring a ministry partnership that will bless both churches and see His kingdom advance in new ways.
PARTNERING IN THE WORK
In early 2021, we felt God was leading Christ Church to invest in the work Origen was doing in an impoverished community in Guadalajara. So we set out to raise $10,000 to buy a work van to aid in the delivery of food and other basic needs. Honestly, it seemed like a pretty outlandish goal for our church. But God was so faithful to work generously in the hearts of the people of Christ Church and we reached our goal. Thank you church!
